Central Bank of India Holidays 2023

Central Bank of India is a Mumbai-based public sector bank. Central Bank of India is one of the oldest and largest commercial banks in India. It is a government-owned bank based in the financial capital of India and the capital city of the state of Maharashtra. It is one of eighteen public sector banks in India to get recapitalized in 2009.

As we know in India, a bank holiday is considered to be a public holiday. But, all public holidays cannot be considered to be bank holidays. All the bank holidays are declared by Central / State Governments / Union Territories under NI (Negotiable Instruments) Act. Each and every bank shall follow the guidelines issued by The Reserve Bank of India (RBI) with respect to the list of bank holidays released by them every year.
